Hello, my name is Christian Derby and enjoyed living in Naples for the past 11 years. I’ve held my real estate salesperson’s license for 7 years now and have conducted many transactions, both for myself and for others. In fact I plan to close more than 15 million dollars in real estate this year alone.
I have a strong knowledge of the Naples investment market, as well as the gated communities, and the Olde Naples market here in Southwest Florida. I hold a 4-year degree in Spanish and sociology from Gettysburg College. I am originally from Littleton Massachusetts (Go Pats and Sox), I am married to a beautiful Physical Therapist named Machelle and have two amazing daughters 5 and 2 years old.
